Third-party notice — HEIC to JPG tool (/tools/heic-to-jpg)

The HEIC to JPG tool loads a separate JavaScript/WebAssembly file
(/_astro/heic-to.<hash>.js) built from the following libraries, which are
licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3 or later:

  libde265  (bundled by libheif in heic-to's build)

The rest of Tools Collection is MIT-licensed (see LICENSE in the repository);
the MIT license does not apply to these libraries.

Corresponding source: the complete source for the versions above is
available at the URLs listed, and the build scripts that produce the
distributed file are in the heic-to repository at the same tag. The exact
version shipped is pinned in package-lock.json of Tools Collection:

Modification and relinking: the libraries are shipped unmodified as a
standalone file, loaded only by the HEIC to JPG tool. You may replace that
file with a build of a modified version of the libraries exposing the same
interface (heicTo, isHeic).
